The high cost of waste biomass transportation and pre-processing, along with concerns about product quality and applications, affect businesses' willingness to invest. To address this, a plan is in place to integrate databases from various departments for material source analysis, tracking reused products, and monitoring market channels. This will establish public material flow indicators and baseline data for our country's biomass, quickly providing information for strategic planning. By constructing a material source map revealing types and capacities of nearby material sources, it will serve as a reference for material reception and offer a matching mechanism to enhance the bio-economy's economic value and development.
